From that conversation we can tell you clearly which program — or combination — is the right fit. We don't put people into programs that aren't appropriate for their situation.

What does the discovery call involve?

It's a 30–45 minute conversation. We'll ask about the business, the team, the current challenges, and your goals. We won't pitch you a program on the call — the point is to understand the situation honestly first. If something is a fit, we'll tell you what it is and why.

Do I need to have a certain revenue level to work with you?

No revenue minimum. What matters is that the business is real, you're committed to doing the work, and the program is appropriately matched to where you are. A very early-stage business might not be ready for the Bootcamp — the Jumpstart may be the right entry point. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.

What's the difference between the Jumpstart and the Bootcamp?

The Jumpstart is four weeks and addresses the foundation — identity, offers, pricing, and a 60-day action plan. It's the fastest way to clarity and the right entry point if the foundations need work before you can grow. The Bootcamp is twelve weeks and goes the full distance — diagnose, design, deploy. Three phases, a comprehensive look at the whole business, and a 90-day deployment plan at the end. A 100% credit applies from the Jumpstart fee to the Bootcamp if you enrol within 30 days.

What does Consultation Mastery cover?

It's an in-house program for service business teams — any business where a staff member has a client conversation that directly affects revenue. Five modules covering consultation psychology, building trust, the consultation structure, the value conversation, and client experience design. Delivered at your business, for your team, in the language of your industry.

Can I do the Jumpstart and then move into the Bootcamp?

Yes. The Jumpstart is actually the designed entry path for the Bootcamp — you arrive with the foundations already built and the twelve weeks go further and faster. 100% of the Jumpstart fee is credited to the Bootcamp if you enrol within 30 days of completing it.

Are programs delivered in-person or online?

Both, depending on the program and format. The Jumpstart runs primarily on Zoom with in-person available. The Bootcamp has in-person sessions at key milestones with remaining sessions on Zoom. Consultation Mastery is delivered in-house at your business — we travel for that. We operate across Australia and New Zealand.

What does 'advisory only' mean?

Our programs design language, priorities, strategies, and plans. We don't configure tools, set up systems, build websites, run ads, or implement processes during sessions. That work belongs in the implementation phase — which moves faster when the strategy is already built. Some of our ecosystem partners handle implementation directly.

How many people from my business can attend?

For the Jumpstart and Bootcamp, the typical engagement is the owner and up to two senior team members. For Consultation Mastery, we train the full team — it's designed to be delivered to everyone who has client-facing consultations.

What happens after a program ends?

After the Bootcamp, three clear paths exist: SigmaSync one-on-one coaching for execution support, My Pixel Strategy if the diagnosis revealed marketing work to be done, or Pixel Matrix for content production. After the Jumpstart, the Bootcamp upgrade is the natural next step. After Consultation Mastery, we assess what the business needs next during the engagement.

Group and private engagements are priced differently. The right format depends on the business — and we won't know which is right until we've had a conversation. The discovery call is where we establish fit and scope, and where pricing becomes a relevant conversation. What we will say: comparable advisory programs are typically between $15,000 and $40,000 for twelve-week engagements.

Yes. We work with Zip Pay for eligible engagements — an option that doesn't require a credit check. The discovery call is the right place to discuss this.

No. We operate under a strict no-kiss-and-tell policy. We don't publish client names, testimonials, results, or any identifying details about businesses we've worked with. The work we do inside businesses is private. This applies to in-house Consultation Mastery engagements, Bootcamp participants, and all one-on-one clients.
