Diagnose. Design. Deploy.

12-Week 3D Bootcamp

Most business problems don't need more effort. They need the right diagnosis. You've been working hard — the problem is you may have been working hard at the wrong things, because nobody has sat down with you, learned your business, and looked honestly at what's actually broken.

Three phases. Twelve weeks. A comprehensive look at the foundation, structure, and strategy. You leave with a 90-day deployment plan and the clarity to execute it.

The method

This is the Phoenix Engine, in full.

The Bootcamp isn't three modules — it's our complete methodology, run end to end. Diagnose is the Descent and the Sight. Design is the Fire. Deploy is the Rise. And Week 12 is the first Return.

Two ways to do this

Group or Private. The right format depends on the business.

Group Program

Limited Intake Cohort

A small cohort of business owners going through the program simultaneously. Intake is deliberately limited so every business gets real attention. You work within a pod of 3–4 who challenge your thinking, stress-test your decisions, and hold you accountable week to week. The peer dynamic is part of the value.

In-person at key milestones. Live Zoom for remaining sessions.

Enrolment opens soon — register interest in the meantime

Private Engagement

One Business. Direct Involvement.

One business. One or two strategists. The full program delivered directly to you — no cohort, no shared time. Hemi learns the business, builds the program around what the diagnosis reveals, and stays directly involved throughout. The highest-touch version of the work.

Available Australia-wide. Travel included for in-person sessions.

The three phases

Twelve weeks. Three phases. One complete transformation.

Weeks 1–4

DIAGNOSE

An honest audit of where the business actually stands. Identity, offers, market position, operations, financials, sales process. By the end of this phase you have a clear written picture of what needs to change and why — not what you assumed needed changing.

  • Compass — deep-dive DNA, positioning, customer promises, baseline scorecard

  • Offer Architecture & Pricing Principles

  • Demand Fundamentals & Message Pillars

  • Sales & Consultation System

Weeks 5–8

DESIGN

Build the solutions. Sharper operations, cleaner financial grip, better customer experience, a people structure that can actually hold. Each week targets a specific system and produces a concrete deliverable.

  • Operating Rhythm — map enquiry → job → cash

  • Cash Fundamentals (Lite) — breakeven, terms, discount discipline

  • Customer Experience & Retention

  • People & Accountability — roles, scorecard, hiring brief

Weeks 9–12

DEPLOY

Convert everything into a 90-day execution plan. Processes documented. Campaign blueprinted. KPIs with owners attached. Week 12 is Demo Day — you present your before and after and leave with a complete pack ready to execute.

  • Systems Templates — SOP starter pack for highest-leverage tasks

  • Campaign Blueprint — one hero campaign plan, hand-off-ready

  • Optimise & Resilience — KPI review, risk register, cash buffer

  • Demo Day — before/after narrative, graduation, next steps

Bootcamp Demo Day — Week 12

Advisory scope

The Bootcamp designs language, priorities, systems, and plans. It does not configure your tools, run your ads, or implement your processes during sessions. Implementation is a separate phase — and it moves faster when the plan is already built.

After the Bootcamp

Three clear directions from Week 12.

SigmaSync 1:1 Coaching

3–6 months of prioritised execution. The plan is built. Now it gets done.

My Pixel Strategy

If the diagnosis reveals the marketing needs work — positioning, messaging, channel strategy.

Pixel Matrix

Visual content production to support the Hero Campaign Blueprint built in the program.

Common questions

What's the difference between group and private?

The group format is a small cohort of 3–4 businesses going through the program simultaneously. Private is one business, one or two strategists, the full program delivered directly — no shared time, no cohort. Both complete the same three phases and produce the same deliverables.

Do I need to complete the Jumpstart first?

Not required. Some clients come directly to the Bootcamp. Those who complete the Jumpstart first arrive with foundations already built and move further and faster through the twelve weeks. The Jumpstart fee credits 100% to the Bootcamp if enrolled within 90 days.

What happens after the Bootcamp ends?

Three paths: SigmaSync one-on-one coaching for ongoing execution support, My Pixel Strategy if the diagnosis revealed marketing work to be done, or Pixel Matrix for content production. Many clients move into a monthly retainer engagement after completing the Bootcamp — that's the most common path from here.

Is the Bootcamp available outside Queensland?

Yes. The Bootcamp runs primarily on Zoom with in-person sessions at key milestones. Private engagements include travel for in-person sessions Australia-wide and in New Zealand.

Investment

Discussed in the discovery conversation.

Group and private engagements are priced differently. Both reflect the level of involvement the program requires. Comparable advisory programs sit between $15,000 and $40,000 per person for 12-week engagements.

Prices are reviewed after each cohort cycle. Early participants are getting the best rate this program will be offered at.
