What does a typical monthly session look like?
Sessions run 60–90 minutes via Zoom. The agenda follows what the business needs — decisions in front of you, problems that need an outside perspective, accountability against the previous month's commitments. Direct messaging between sessions for time-sensitive questions.
Is the retainer available outside Queensland?
Yes — available Australia and New Zealand wide. All sessions are via Zoom. Week 1 in-person is available on request, priced separately.
