Confidentiality

No kiss and tell.

We work inside businesses. We see the books, the team dynamics, the pricing decisions, the things that aren't working and why. That access is only possible because it stays inside the room.

We don't publish client names. We don't run case studies. We don't post results with identifying details. We don't use your business as proof that we're good at ours.

What this means in practice

No client names — ever

We don't mention who we've worked with, which businesses have been through our programs, or what industries specific clients came from in any way that could identify them. This applies to our website, our social media, our conversations with other clients, and any other public or semi-public context.

No results published without permission

If a business achieves something significant after working with us, we don't publish that outcome without explicit, specific consent. Even then, we default to anonymising. Your wins are yours.

What happens in the room stays there

The conversations inside a program — about pricing decisions, team challenges, financial situations, ownership structures — are treated as confidential. We don't discuss one client's situation with another, and we don't use what we learn inside your business to inform work with a direct competitor.

This runs both ways

You can say whatever you want about your experience. The confidentiality commitment is ours to keep, not yours. If you want to tell someone you've worked with us, that's entirely your choice.

Why we operate this way

The work we do requires access. Access requires trust. Trust requires knowing that what we see doesn't leave the engagement.

There are consulting businesses that build their reputation on client names — the logos on the website, the recognisable brands in the portfolio. That model works for some kinds of consulting. It doesn't work for the kind we do.

The businesses we work with are often dealing with real problems — pricing that's wrong, structures that aren't working, decisions that need to be made carefully. They don't need that visible. They need it solved.

Questions about how we work?

The discovery call is the right place to ask them. Everything discussed there is treated the same way.
