Is this legal advice?
No. The legal documents are produced as plain-English “brief for your lawyer” packs — the decisions you need to make and the questions to take to them — not executable templates. Your lawyer drafts or reviews the final documents.
Do I need to have done another program first?
Usually, yes. The Foundation Set is a gated upgrade — it lands best after a foundational engagement like the Jumpstart or Bootcamp, or when a SigmaSync advisor judges you're ready. It assumes the strategy basics are already in place.
What do I actually receive?

Does it work for both Australia and New Zealand?
Yes — every document is written for both. Each brief names the statute, regulator and filing that applies on each side of the Tasman: ASIC and the Corporations Act 2001 alongside the Companies Office and the Companies Act 1993; Fair Work and the ATO alongside Employment NZ and IRD; the Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs alongside the Privacy Act 2020; the Australian Consumer Law alongside the Fair Trading Act.
Does it cover commercial contracts and investment paperwork, or only the founding documents?
Both. Alongside the founding and HR documents it covers the contracts you trade on — master services agreements, statements of work, professional services agreements — the data agreements for vendors holding your customers' information, and the investment documents: term sheets, convertible notes and SAFEs, share subscription and sale agreements, and letters of intent. If you hold health or treatment information, there's a higher-bar brief for that too.
