Which one you need depends on how you see your situation.
These are not tiers of the same product. They are different starting points for clients who are in different positions. Most clients know which one applies to them before the discovery call confirms it.

The session fee is not lost. It becomes your first payment.
100% of any entry session fee is credited toward the 4-Week Jumpstart if you enrol within 30 days. The same mechanic applies from Jumpstart to Bootcamp. Clients move when they're ready — no pressure, no incentive to stay at the entry tier longer than needed.

Common questions
What’s the difference between the three sessions?
The Business Clarity Session is for owners who can’t yet name what’s wrong — it identifies the problem. The Strategy Session is for owners who know the problem and need a structured 60-day plan. The Foundation Workshop is for owners who are ready to produce a completed strategy document in a single working session.
Do I need to complete the Business Diagnostic before booking?
Yes. The diagnostic is completed as pre-work before the session date. It takes about five minutes and gives the advisor the context they need. The Intelligence Module analysis is also run before the session — the advisor has already reviewed your business when you arrive.
Can the session be in person?
All sessions are delivered via Google Meet. In-person is available at the advisor’s discretion for local clients — it is not a published option or a separate price point.
What if I decide I need a full programme after the session?
100% of your session fee is credited toward the 4-Week Business Jumpstart ($6,500) if you enrol within 30 days of completing the session. The same mechanic then applies from Jumpstart to Bootcamp. The session fee is not lost — it becomes your first payment.
